John Aguilar launches his Project: First Home Book

September 10, 2014 -- John Aguilar, creator and executive producer of the Philippine's longest-running real estate and construction TV show "Philippine Realty TV", launches his first book entitled Project: First Home last September 10, 2014 at Fully Booked Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City.

The book "Project: First Home" has been John's inspiration from the same concept on his TV program entitled Philippine Realty TV where he took into account the construction of his first home - from design, choosing of materials and location, finishing up to the furnishing of the house. There are chapters in the book where people can get advice from John on what are the things you need to consider first in building your own homes.

John is an advocate of green construction meaning he is pro-nature. He considers disaster adaptive home designs against typhoons and flood and tell you what, there are special chapters in the book dedicated to tips  to green designs.
